Valen and Co: Where Energy, Beauty, and Mindfulness Meet

Hello all!

I’ve spent a lot of time dreaming about this — and even more time being afraid to start. So, here we go. With this blog, my biggest hope is to build something rooted in truth and community. For the longest time, I dreamed of creating something meaningful; I just wasn’t sure what that something was. So, welcome — to the beginning of that dream. May I formally introduce you to Valen and Co.

Who is the “I,” you ask?

My name is Kim, and it’s so lovely to be here. I’m here to share a voice that’s been sitting quietly — listening, learning, waiting for the right moment to rise. I hope to create something magical, something that gives me purpose in this chaotic world, and shines light for anyone who chooses to stand in it. Here, you’ll find advice, personal reflections, lifestyle shifts, and gentle rituals that help weave more peace into both your life and mine.

When coming to this blog, the vibe I’m going for is the feeling of coming to a place that feels natural. Somewhere judge free. Somewhere you can spoil yourself physically, and spiritually. I want to entice excitement when I upload. Just for the sake that you will know that when you come here, you will be enriched. This is what it’s all about.

In the coming weeks, you can expect to read about all that glitters, and my personal recommendations to those who have a finer taste in life. We’ll dive into the world of mindfulness and explore how to use tools to elevate your energy in powerful ways. And I have A LOT of ideas to come this holiday season.
